Our 30-Day Promise
Here at Feimuko, we believe you should love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no hassle, no stress.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original packaging with tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
How To Start a Return
Starting a return with Feimuko is simple. Just reach out to us at info@feimukoshop.com and we'll handle everything from there. If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
At Feimuko, quality is everything. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving it at info@feimukoshop.com. We'll assess the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it first and place a new order once your return has been approved. If you need guidance, the Feimuko team is always happy to help at info@feimukoshop.com.
European Union Customers
If your Feimuko order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your item — no reason required. The same conditions apply.
Refunds
Once Feimuko receives and inspects your return we will notify you of the outcome promptly. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not heard from us, please contact the Feimuko team at info@feimukoshop.com and we will look into it straight away.
